The purpose of the General Conditions of Use is to govern the use of the EXHER Services online.
The site https://www.exher.fr/ offers its customers various services for troubleshooting, advice, assistance, computer maintenance and web creation.
Il propose également des prestations de formations à l’utilisation de vos appareils et de certains logiciels. (Suite office avec word, excell, powerpoint etc…)
Any User wishing to access the Site must be aware of these Terms of Service and the accept before continuing to navigate.
They constitute the contractual basis between the User and the Site.
EXHER reserves the right to unilaterally modify, and at any time, these General Conditions as well as the corresponding Services, sans qu’aucun droit de compensation ne dérive de cela en faveur de l’utilisateur.

The User cannot therefore engage the responsibility of EXHER concerning the content relating to these hypertext links.
However, Personal Data cannot be kept indefinitely, we limit the retention period of this data to a maximum of 36 months (3 years).
Beyond this limit, your personal data is automatically Archived, and deleted.
EXHER assures all users that the Archiving of its data is carried out in a secure and confidential manner.
In the event of a dispute between the parties, they will try to resolve it amicably. If an amicable resolution of the conflict is not possible, the parties will submit their dispute to the Courts of the city of Massy.
